Our return on investment in both time and money has been substantiated through the feedback of all in attendance.

Moving from insecure to secure is no easy task even for the most accomplished person. It was not until I worked with Dr. Deana that my steps accelerated. With her insight, I went from an outward-focus confidence to being bold, strong and inward-confident. Thanks to Dr. Deana’s partnership I am now fully able to challenge myself and step into a higher level of performance.
Dr. Deana’ strategies peeled back the curtain to the awareness of our personal and professional development needs. She deepened our knowledge and understanding of what motivates us at the deepest level. That is huge! Performance is up with little or no stress.
Dr. Deana’s sessions were a welcome difference! Unlike other programs that describe what leaders should do, these sessions helped me understand the root causes of my unhelpful behaviors and provided the useful tools to change them!
